What should I expect?

Therapy is typically delivered in weekly 50 minute sessions. Our first session will cover your reason for seeking services and a discussion of if we are a good match and how treatment would proceed. Talk therapy is exactly what it sounds like - you talk, I listen, and offer observations and insights.

Fees & Payment

My fees are $150 per session, payable by cash or credit card at time of service. I am an out of network provider and can offer you a “superbill” that you can use to seek reimbursement if you have health insurance that covers out of network services.

Confidentiality

I take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. All services are covered by HIPPA.
